You can also use this form to renew an existing ITIN that is expiring or that has already expired. There is no fee for this service if we file/efile your return.

Answer :

Yes. We can help you in such cases as well. Please call (571) 325-8005 for no obligation free consultation or to schedule your appointment to discuss the notice. Although we take extreme care to avoid any mistakes, there is always a remote possibility of making a mistake. If that happens, we will file the amendment for free if the mistake happens because of oversight on our part. If the mistake is because of your oversight, you will have to pay full fee again. That is why it is important that you carefully read your return and make sure all the forms/schedules have been added to the return before it is e-filed/filed. When you read your return, please pay particular attention to personal information and income. Remember if you have someone prepare your return, you are still responsible for the correctness of the return. It is equally important that you check your personal/income information on the income or health insurance forms as soon as you receive them from your employer/s. If you find any mistake, please go back to your employer/insurer to have it corrected. Your employer and insurer are supposed to report the corrections to the IRS.

If you change your name for any reason, be sure to report the change to the Social Security Administration (SSA) before filing your return. This prevents the rejection of the return when we e-file it or delays the processing your return and issuing refunds. It also safeguards your future social security benefits.
